This User Agreement is between you (referred to as "User") and $AI Token ("$AI," "we," "us," and "our"). By using $AI Token, you agree to participate in the speculative and indexing tools it provides, powered by the Solana blockchain.

By holding, transacting, or engaging with $AI Token, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms in this Agreement. Users are responsible for maintaining their own assets and complying with the associated Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Consent Policy.

Future updates to $AI Token may include additional services, wrapped tokens, or speculative instruments. This Agreement ensures coverage for any changes, and $AI Token assumes no liability for the accuracy or reliability of speculative indexing as newer information becomes available.
